Investigating

Since March 19, 2025, we have identified a performance issue affecting Outlook Online when using the Zivver OWA add-in. As a result, the Zivver add-in and task pane may not function properly.

Suggested workaround: reloading the Outlook Online webpage ensures the necessary resources load correctly, resolving the issue.
