Zivver OWA add-in
Performance Degradation in Outlook Online
We have identified a performance issue affecting Outlook Online when using the Zivver OWA add-in. Specifically, when replying securely to an unsecured message, all or part of the reply may be lost.
Root Cause
This issue is caused by a Microsoft defect, as reported here: GitHub Issue #5345
Workaround
We have implemented an update to the Zivver OWA add-in to reduce the probability that the Microsoft defect occurs. Until Microsoft fix the defect, we recommend the following manual action in Outlook Online to prevent the Microsoft defect from occurring:
Manually save the secure reply message as a draft before sending.
Option I: Click Options → Save draft, or
Option II: Click the Save (floppy disk) icon.
