Addendum

Microsoft reports that the issue is being addressed and that users may still be impacted by the issue at this time.

Information

Since 25 Nov 2024, 03:54 CET Microsoft (incident MO941162) has reported a global service performance degradation in Exchange Online. This may impact Zivver products that integrate with Microsoft Exchange Online:

  • Using Outlook Online or (Classic) Outlook for desktop to send and receive secure messages. As a workaround, you can use app.zivver.com to to read and send secure messages.

  • Using Zivver’s Encryption Gateway or DLP Gateway. Exchange Online needs to relay messages to the Zivver SMTP Server, before we’re able to deliver them securely to the recipients.

  • Using Zivver’s SyncTool or CloudSync solution to provision users based on Exchange Online, as the source is not always accessible.

Microsoft has indicated that they will give another update at 13:00 CET. We will continue monitoring the updates from Microsoft and will update you about the impact on our services.
