New Zivver OWA V6 deployments issue

We have successfully deployed a fix for this problem. New deployments of Zivver OWA add-in V6 should be possible again and the workaround is no longer needed.

The root cause has been identified, potential solutions to solve the issue are in progress and a workaround is available.

Workaround :

  1. Download the manifest file (https://owa-v6.zivver.com/manifest.xml)
  2. Locate the line 3.166.2-patch and update the value from 3.166.2-patch to 3.166.2
  3. Upload the manifest file

Problème identifié

Admins may experience issues when first deploying the Zivver OWA add-in version 6 or when updating the Zivver OWA add-in to version 6. Existing deployments are not affected.
