We have successfully deployed a fix for this problem. New deployments of Zivver OWA add-in V6 should be possible again and the workaround is no longer needed.
The root cause has been identified, potential solutions to solve the issue are in progress and a workaround is available.

Admins may experience issues when first deploying the Zivver OWA add-in version 6 or when updating the Zivver OWA add-in to version 6. Existing deployments are not affected.
