Zivver OWA plugin degraded performance for some mailboxes
In collaboration with Microsoft, we have found that this issue is caused by configuration of a mailbox policy setting in OWA. It can be solved by disabling the OnSendAddinsEnabled setting, as is described on https://docs.zivver.com/en/admin/owa/un-set-owamailboxpolicy.html
As a result of disabling the setting, emails will no longer open in a pop-up window after pressing send, solving the issue.
Microsoft has reintroduced behaviour in Outlook online (OWA) that causes issues with the Zivver OWA plugin.
Affected mailboxes will notice emails opening in a pop-out screen after sending the email. As a result, users may experience degraded performance. We are escalating this issue with Microsoft and will keep you updated via this page.
