Zivver OWA plugin degraded performance for some mailboxes
Due to the issue we raised with Microsoft, they have reverted the change that lead to this issue. We have confirmed the behaviour is no longer occurring on our test environments.
We have identified an issue that impacts the Zivver OWA plugin for some mailboxes. The issue is being caused by a Microsoft bug.
Affected mailboxes will notice emails opening in a pop-out screen after sending the email. As a result, users may experience degraded performance. We are escalating this issue with Microsoft and will keep you updated via this page.
